I would like to share to all of you my journey last 2 weeks, back to my hometown at Bintulu, Sarawak to attend my brother's wedding and at the same time my sister's engagement. I went back with my sister, together with her also her friend from Penang (1), her adopted family from Felda Tenggaroh, Johor (4 persons), means 7 of us will fly to Bintulu this time. Me and my sister always using flight to travel, but others were their first time to fly by air.
My sisters together with her friend from Penang (i called Makcik Ramlah), fetch me on Thursday night 16 April 2009 around 09.30pm to her house at Bandar Tasik Puteri, Rawang, Selangor. We will departed from there tomorow morning around 10am, direct to Low Cost Carrier Terminal Kuala Lumpur International Airport (LCCT KLIA) at Sepang. While others from Johor (4 of them) departed to KL also on that night and arrived around 04.00am in the morning and they stay at their cousin house. On that morning, 17 April 2009, they travel from KL Sentral, KL to LCCT KLIA by bus. We then meet at LCCT KLIA around 11am. Checked-in our bags, and waiting for the flight to departed around 13.40pm.
Most of them are excited to have their first flight, I feel very excited also because Allah give me chance for me to went back home, maybe trice this year (today, next June 2009 and maybe Hari Raya later), haha.. It is a lot of travel this year for me :D You know why, i got to buy cheaper tickets RM90 return (the price of the ticket is only RM10), almost like the bus ticket's price. We've being called to enter our flight around 13.10pm, we queued while the stewardess check our ticket. Then we walked to the flight, enter it and looked for our sit (nowadays AirAsia already using sit number system). Then we just wait for sometimes for the flight to fly, with some stewardess making some announcement, and the steward and stewardess acting some demo in front on how to use several items that available in the flight while emergency, etc.. What I did all the way to Bintulu Airport was sleeping, hahaha.. Zzzzz...
Nearly 15.30pm, the crew announced that we will be landing soon, yay.. While landing, the flight joggled a lot, seems like it was having some problems. I knew it because I always travel by flight. I looked at the person beside me, he just shake of his head (means he dont know). Maybe the the road was having problem, or the technical parts of the flight. Few minutes, suddenly it slow down adn try to brake, and suddenly stop in the middle of the airdrome. After a while, the pilot announced that our flight having some problem with its tyre, he just asked us to calm down while waiting for fire fighter coming and investigate first. It is almost half an hour, then we can went out from the flight by the stairs provided. Thanks God, nothing happen..
Outside the plane, everybody was keep on talking on what happen just now. The auntie that with us (from Johor) tell us as she dont know what happen and this is her first time: "Is it how the flight landing?", asking the person besides her while in the flight just now. And we all laugh, hehe :D But it is better she dont know, or else she will get heart attack, haha :D
